Synthesis of Ni-ZIF-8@MnFe₂O₄

The synthesis of Ni-ZIF-8@MnFe₂O₄ involved mixing 2-methylimidazole with zinc (II) and nickel (II) acetylacetonates, followed by the addition of MnFe₂O₄.

A two-step temperature elevation was utilized in tube furnace.

Following the cooling process, the resultant ZIFs were gathered and washed with pure methanol three times to eliminate impurities.

Finally, synthesized MnFe₂O₄ was obtained after drying step.

The Ni-ZIF-8@MnFe₂O₄ can be considered well-synthesized due to its good magnetic properties.
