Synthesis of Ni-ZIF-8@MnFe2O4

The synthesis of Ni-ZIF-8@MnFe2O4 involved mixing 2-methylimidazole with zinc (II) and nickel (II) acetylacetonates, followed by the addition of MnFe2O4.

A two-step temperature elevation was utilized in tube furnace.
Following the cooling process, the resultant ZIFs were gathered and washed with pure methanol three times to eliminate impurities.

Laboratory Dry Oven
Finally, synthesized MnFe2Owas obtained after drying step.

The Ni-ZIF-8@MnFe2O4 can be considered well-synthesized due to its good magnetic properties.
