General guidelines – Documents needed

1. A valid travel document: a passport valid for the period of the intended trip to

Belgium + 3 months

2. Printed version of the online application form

4. Proof of the payment of the visa fee: The Visa fee of 270,000 KRW should be paid by card directly at the Embassy.

5. Proof of the payment of the processing fee: 228 € has to be paid directly in Belgium on the following account number

Beneficiary: FPS Home Affairs, Service for Foreigners,

6. Original admission letter from Ghent University

7. A financial support declaration + supporting documents

8. Non-criminal record (if you are 18 years or older)

9. Medical certificate

10. Medical travel insurance

You need to go to the embassy to pick up your passport with the visa in about two weeks.
