Herbicide Sensitivity Test on Arabidopsis thaliana
In this herbicide sensitivity test, leaves of Arabidopsis thaliana plants were sprayed with BASTA herbicide and monitored over 7 days. In sample A, the treated leaf turned yellow, indicating a sensitivity to the herbicide. In contrast, the leaf in sample B showed minimal change, with only a small part turning yellow, suggesting a higher resistance to the herbicide.
